On Track to See More Deaths
A pandemic anywhere means a pandemic everywhere. COVID does not honor state borders or the politics of its victims. Now the virus is working its way through the country, and likely will kill more Americans than did World War II.
Dr. Brian Moench had an Op Ed published in the Salt Lake Tribune addressing how the virus is out of hand, and again emphasizing the dangers of opening schools based on example after example of gatherings being linked to outbreaks and ultimately death.
We need to take COVID seriously so it doesn’t take more lives. We need to be responsible community members and wear our masks in public, and we need to consider the live altering consequences that may very well come with reopening schools.
