2026 People’s Great Salt Lake Summit
On September 19, 2026, UPHE co-hosted the 6th Annual People’s Great Salt Lake Summit. This has been an educational, and inspiring event for the last few years that engages the public and connects advocacy groups for a common cause.
This year, UPHE took part in the plenary session, and then a breakout in the afternoon on data center development in the Great Salt Lake Basin. These developments are one of the biggest threats to water in the basin.
